Dealing with youth can be quite stressful at times; learning how to shift from learned patterns or reactive modes to more mindfully responsive ones can break cycles of stress in the home environment. Instructor Sydney Reece will discuss mindfulness practices for parents, that they can teach their kids, as parents build self-compassion and self-acceptance in their role as a parent.
